Article I.-
The Alliance of Pan American Round Tables, as the governing body, is committed to preserving the values that, throughout its 81 years of existence, have distinguished it by having honorable members who dignify and exalt the Pan American Movement, the reason for this regulation.
Article 2.-
Members
a) The Commission is made up of three advisors appointed by the Director General.
Article 3.-
Objectives. To ensure the proper functioning of the Organization, it is necessary that the members possess the values of: Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Solidarity and Tolerance, among others.
The objectives of this Special Commission are:
a) To study and analyze in an impartial and discreet manner the communications issued by officials and partners, related to: disrespect, manipulation by taking advantage of the position, false information, threats, or any other offense received, which transgresses the order of our Pan American Organization.
b) Prepare a chronological list of the written communications regarding the anti-conduct committed by the members.
c) Agree among the members of the Commission on the procedure to issue the written warning for the member's misconduct.
d) In the case of recidivism; the Commission may recommend permanent dismissal.
e) The recommendation issued by the Pan American Special Ethics Commission will be sent to the Board of Directors and the Advisory Council.
f) This Commission works to disseminate the values essential to prevent cases from reaching the Conflict Resolution Process.
