The Alliance of Pan American Round Tables (AMRP), established in 1944, is a civil society organization registered at the Organization of American States (OAS) since 2001.

She was born near Eagle Pass, Texas, on May 29, 1875. She was the daughter of a New York attorney, Theodore Terry and Louisa Jane Lampkin, a noble lady from Illinois. She spent her childhood between Eagle Pass and Carrizo Springs, Texas, on her parents' ranch, "La Pendencia"
